Why Use QR Codes for your Menu?
QR Codes are a quick convienient and safe way to let your customers view what you have on your Menu.
In its simplest form a QR Code can simply display your Menu on your customers phone or tablet screen.
Simply provide a small place holder per table with the QR Code printed on it (around the size of the table numbers usually found in restaurants).
These QR Code place holders can be as durable as the table numbers, and can be printed on plastic, perspex, metal or simply laminated paper!

In the current environment QR Code Menus are a COVID SAFE way to allow your clients view your Menu. (You dont have to clean the menu after each customer plus you dont have tatty or food stained menus any longer!)
What We Offer
Basic Package
We offer a Basic QR Code setup which allows you to provide us with your menu design and content in PDF format so that we can upload and setup a QR Code link.
Our Basic Package includes setting up a domain name (of your choice), which allows us to upload your Menu on to the internet.
We will create the QR Code and supply you with the artwork so that you can get signage printed for your tables.
Costs:
Single Domain Name £35.00 + Vat Annual
Menu Hosting £45.00 + Vat Annual
Initial Setup £350.00 + Vat (Single Payment)
Additional Options:
Alternatively we can create the signage for you and would quote on a per client basis depending upon what media the place holders are required.
Advanced Package
We also offer an Advance Package with provides you witch the domain name and QR Code link, however the Menu would be interactive and allow customers to order direct from a web based application , which would then notify you via email the customers order.
Payments would still be made via your own PDQ systems or taken as cash and till receipt.
As each client has their own requirements we would have to quote separately for the Advanced Package.
Professional Package
We also offer the Professional Package witch provides you with the domain name and QR Code link, however the Menu would be interactive and allow customers to order direct from a web based application , which would then notify you via email the customers order.
In the Professional Package the payments would also be taken electronically either via card or paypal.
As each client has their own requirements we would have to quote separately for the Professional Package.
